Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP and a frightened father Henry. A majority of my followers are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung where I record my personal life: highs and lows, as well as everything in between. In 1990 I moved to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents at the age of one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for perseverance and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be here sharing my story. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I aimed to be their proudest and had tunnel vision for the success. My plan of life was: I would attend university, find an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. I thought that was the epitome of success however, life has other plans to demonstrate what success meant. In 2013 I found myself anxious about going to work. job. The money and the status didn't bring me happiness- I felt like I was wasting my time in exchange for a salary but I knew that I was meant for more. In 2013, I discovered my love was fitness. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to help others. As I moved towards the new direction of my life, I started to find personal training. In this year, I am celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014 I began my own company. It's rare to meet an Asian female in the business. As an instructor, my aim is to encourage others to live a healthy and enjoyable life by establishing sustainable lifestyles that cater to the individual's goals and needs. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their desires and accomplish anything and everything they want to do in their life. When I began my professional job, the passing of my mother was the biggest blow to my life. To be in Heaven she is now in peace following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry my Mom with me and dream of her daily. The lessons of life can be hidden from us however they are very valuable. There are many ways that my mother's passing affected me in many ways. I truly believe she offered me another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. The day she died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create with a fresh start. It was a second chance for me to lead a fulfilled life. As I approach my 30s, I have a sense of living and being alive. I don't feel that I'm just another number. My goal in sharing my experience is to show you that you're not the only one. I want you to be aware that love exists and that therapy is regular. Your health is your greatest asset. Only one life is yours. I hope you live it to the fullest.
